5 STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE STARTING YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY
STEP 1: WAKE UP THANKFUL
We all wake up, which is a blessing in itself. Most of us might have daily routines that we follow or certain rituals that we must do before we take on the day. But, I have found that many people are going throughout their day without a specific "why" or purpose. You're simply moving instead of living.
STEP 2: POSITIVELY AFFIRM YOURSELF
You're probably asking yourself at this point, "How is this going to change my body or current health status?" Statistically, more people are dealing with stress, depression or anxiety due to environmental factors; whether it be social, financial, or relational. As a result, the body is negatively affected by these factors both mentally and physically.
STEP 3: GET CLARITY
Before you even start your transformation, get understanding and clarity of WHAT you want and WHY you want it. Most people just jump into a "diet" before really establishing true meaning behind why their doing it. The reason why this is important is because once you gain clarity on WHAT your goals are and WHY you want to take control of your health and transform your body you're more inclined to remain consistent long term, even when things get a little tough.
STEP 4: TELL YOUR POWERBASE
As you're establishing why you want to improve your health, you realize noone around you is looking to improve or invest in themselves. You feel lonely and it has become that much harder to get started and stay on track with your goals because it seems noone supports you. A lot of times why people aren's and WHY YOU WANT

Your health and body is the only thing you have full control over and to put it on the backburner as something that you "don't have time for" or have a "it's too complicated", "too hard" or "nothing ever works" mentality
